Career Profile:

Upon leaving college, Margaret worked and trained with the Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service where she spent 14 years.  

In 2003 she attended the Bristol Cancer Centre (Penny Brohn Cancer Centre) to develop her knowledge and skills in the fields of Complementary Medicine and Cancer Care.   Since then she has continually developed her work experience through a wide range of ongoing training and career development initiatives in the field of cancer care.

 

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Margaret holds a Masters Degree in Complementary Medicine, awarded in 2014 by the University of Westminster (London). She also holds a Certificate in “Health Creation Mentor for Cancer Patients”, Macmillan Cancer Support, Aromatherapy in Cancer Care Reflexology in Cancer Care

Her professional memberships include the International Society of Professional Aromatherapy (ISPA), Clinical Association of Reflexologists (CAR), Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC),  British Holistic Medical Association, and the Research Council for Complementary Medicine.
